Episode 134: Justice Delayed

"Justice delayed is justice denied." This maxim traces back to the Magna Carta, and is still very much in play today. Denis and Lydia interview attorney Kirk Simoneau, who is one of a group of lawyers that is suing the State of New Hampshire, charging that a lack of adequate funding has led to unacceptable delays in serving justice, with undue impact on peoples' lives. Mr. Simoneau shares his personal story of justice delayed, and why he became a lawyer.
